All our Pilates classes are instructed by Physiotherapists. To secure your place on the next course, you must book and pay before the start date. After this date, places will be offered to people on the waiting list.

PAYG:
£15 per class – subject to availability
PAYG does not secure your place on a course. You can book 1 week in advance for the class you want and your payment will be taken to secure it.
We cannot roll over any missed classes on to future courses, but we are happy to offer you an alternative class subject to availability.
Pilates Instructors may be subject to change.
Please speak to your instructor if you are unsure if you are in the correct level class for your ability. We have a number of classes with varying levels to choose from.
