December is here, and the clinic is feeling wonderfully festive.
We have loved sharing our seasonal videos with you and hope they have added a little fun and motivation to your week.
As we reach the end of the year, we want to say a heartfelt thank you for being part of our community.
Supporting your recovery and keeping you moving well is something we truly value.
We hope this season brings you comfort, warmth and a chance to rest.
We are proud to support the CAFT Selection Box Appeal again this year.
It is a simple and meaningful way to brighten a child’s Christmas.
If you would like to take part, selection boxes can be dropped off at the clinic, and every donation helps make the season a little more special for a child who needs it.

New in-clinic Pilates classes from January
We are excited to bring 2 new in-clinic Pilates classes to the timetable from 12 January, which gives you even more choice and support as you step into the new year.
• Level 1 at 10.45am
• Level 2 at 12.00pm
These sessions are taught by Laura Hay and are ideal if you want to build strength, improve mobility or simply feel more confident in how your body moves. Each class is structured to guide you through controlled and effective exercises that feel safe and achievable at any stage. They are especially helpful if you are easing back into exercise or managing ongoing aches.
Alongside our face-to-face classes, Catherine Allen will be teaching a live Zoom class every Monday at 9.30 am which is open to all levels. If that time does not suit you, there is also the option to receive the recording so you can complete the session at any point during the week.
If you prefer to move at home or want to stay consistent between classes, you can still follow our online Pilates library on YouTube. There are sessions for all levels and plenty of choices to help you stay active in a way that works for you.
Starting a new routine in January can feel overwhelming, but a small, welcoming class can make all the difference. If you would like to reserve a place or ask any questions, we are always happy to help.
Wishing you a happy and healthy Christmas
From everyone at Altrincham Physiotherapy, we wish you a peaceful Christmas and a positive start to 2026.
Thank you for trusting us with your health this year. We look forward to supporting you in the months ahead.
Warmest wishes
The Altrincham Physiotherapy Team
