The Golf courses are back open and the sunshine out so many more of us are back to the greens. This week the Open will also be inspiring us from Royal St George’s.
Golf is an extremely popular sport with approximately 2.5 million people in the UK playing regularly. It does, however, challenge many of the bodies major muscle groups and requires good flexibility at a number of joints. To ensure we are match ready at the Tee we can use Pilates exercises as a training tool to keep our body in balance, improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
