It is soft ball week! So our Pilates classes are incorporating one of our favourite pieces of equipment.
The Pilates soft ball is a really useful piece of kit… it can be used to assist with exercises, increase challenge and support the body to give increased stretch and mobility.
It is easily inflated, transportable and storable making it an essential addition to your Pilates work out!
