The 2 weeks of band work is here again and we can’t wait to get started this week with our strong or heavy resistance band!
Working with the resistance bands is one of our favourites, giving us ways to offer you a new challenge and open up an exciting world of exercise possibilities.
The strong bands can be used to give extra resistance particularly to leg exercises to intensify muscle work increasing strength.
The strong resistance bands can also be used to assist with exercises and enhance better feedback to the body; allowing progression and taking your Pilates work to the next level with control and confidence.
Lightweight and portable, Pilates bands are easy to roll up, store and carry with you to class …..when we are allowed back into the studio!
