Before Catherine started her stay at home summer with her children she did a series of videos which we will put on the blog over the week so you can start your Pilates at home programme. The first video is all about the warm up and some gentle flexibility in standing. It could be a great start to your day so give it a go.
Once you have done that one the second clip is some gentle matwork level 1 exercises in lying, so get your mat out and a folded towel just the normal set up that you use in the class. See how you get on, in total it is about a 30 minute programme.
